Service Appointments

Scheduling

Service appointments can be scheduled by phone at (781) 675-1098 or through our online booking system. Appointment times are offered in morning and afternoon windows. We will provide a courtesy call approximately 30 minutes before the technician's arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Access Requirements

You are responsible for providing safe access to the appliance requiring service. This includes:

• Ensuring someone 18 years or older is present during the service call
• Providing access to the appliance and related utility connections
• Securing pets during the technician's visit
• Clearing the area around the appliance for safe work access

Estimates and Pricing

Service Call Fee

A service call fee covers the technician's visit, diagnosis, and estimate. This fee is typically credited toward the repair if you proceed with the service. If you decline the repair, only the service call fee is charged.

Repair Estimates

Before beginning any repair work, you will receive a detailed estimate including parts and labor. No work will be performed without your approval. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided.

Additional Repairs

If additional issues are discovered during the repair process, the technician will inform you and provide a revised estimate before proceeding with any additional work.

Warranty

Service Warranty

All repairs performed by our technicians include a 90-day warranty on parts and labor. This warranty covers:

Warranty Exclusions
