The arm was stuck in its raised position and nothing we tried brought it down. Gearbox in the module had stripped. New module, cabinet levelled, and he showed me the test button hidden behind the cover.

Both halves lost temperature together over one weekend. It was the dual-compressor relay rather than a sealed system failure, which is what I had braced myself for. Fixed in a single visit and holding fine.
