We are an independent refrigeration repair business. No cooking appliances, no laundry, no dishwashers — built-in cooling and the parts that keep it cold.
- Independent Sub-Zero refrigeration repair. Not the manufacturer, and not acting for them.
- Built-in columns, side-by-sides, freezer drawers, ice modules and wine cabinets — the cold half of the kitchen only.
- Diagnosis on site, in the room where the unit lives, because that is where the airflow problem is.
- Factory-approved parts where the design calls for them, checked against the model number before ordering.
Why it works this way
Measure, then order
A built-in that has drifted warm has a short list of possible causes and a long list of possible parts. Work from the parts list and you get three visits and a bill nobody expected. Work from the readings and most calls close in one.
The houses here make that harder than it sounds. A column backed onto an exterior wall on a hillside lot behaves differently in February than the same unit does in a flat kitchen, and the fault report reads identically. That is why the visit starts with numbers rather than a diagnosis.

Some units are not worth repairing. A long-serving sealed system with a slow leak and a discontinued evaporator is a hard conversation, but it is a cheaper one than finding out over two visits.
If that is the answer you get, you have paid the $95 service call and nothing else, and you know exactly why.

Model and serial number, what it is doing, and when it started. Most of what we need to bring is decided on this call rather than in your kitchen.

The visit
Temperatures logged against the setpoint, condenser and evaporator behaviour, defrost cycle, drain path, seals. Readings before conclusions.

The number
Parts and labour quoted as one figure before anything is opened. The $95 service call is already in it if you go ahead.

The repair
Done in the kitchen where the unit allows it. If a part has to be ordered, the return visit is part of the quoted figure and not an extra call.
