Not every appliance problem requires emergency service. Learn when to request urgent repair and when to wait.

  • Flooding from appliance malfunction
  • Ice maker overflowing continuously

  • What to Do in an Emergency


    Refrigerator Failure:

  • Do not open doors unnecessarily
  • Note when it stopped working
  • Move critical items to coolers with ice
  • Call for same-day service

  • Gas Smell:

  • Do not flip switches or use phones inside
  • Leave the house immediately
  • Call gas company from outside
  • Do not return until cleared

  • Electrical Issues:

  • Turn off the appliance at the circuit breaker
  • Do not attempt to use the appliance
  • Call for service

  • Turn off water supply if possible
