Do you offer same-day service?
Yes, same-day service is often available when you call before noon. We prioritize refrigerator emergencies to prevent food loss.
What time will the technician arrive?
We offer morning (8am-12pm) and afternoon (12pm-5pm) windows. The technician will call 30 minutes before arrival.

How do you handle repair estimates?
We provide a detailed upfront estimate before any work begins. You will know exactly what to expect, and you can decline with no obligation beyond the service call fee.
What does the service call fee cover?
The service call fee covers the technician visit, thorough diagnosis, and detailed estimate. It is typically credited toward your repair if you choose to proceed.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept all major credit cards, debit cards, checks, and cash. Payment is due upon completion of service.

How long does a typical repair take?

Warranty & Guarantees
Do you warranty your repairs?
Yes, all repairs include a 90-day warranty on parts and labor. If the same issue returns within 90 days, we fix it at no additional charge.
Will you void my manufacturer warranty?
Using qualified independent repair service does not void manufacturer warranties under federal law. We use OEM or equivalent parts and follow proper procedures.
