Miele Refrigeration Repair in Lincoln
Lincoln is where European integrated refrigeration turns up most often for its size: modern houses designed around flush cabinetry, and antique farmhouses whose kitchens were rebuilt to the same idea. Miele MasterCool columns are common in both, and they fail in a fairly narrow set of ways.

What goes wrong on a MasterCool column
Three areas cover most of it. The door — these are heavy panels on a precise hinge, and a seal that has stopped touching along one edge produces a warm zone rather than a warm cabinet. The fans — evaporator and condenser both run at variable speed, and a bearing starting to go announces itself as a note that changes with load rather than a constant hum. And the sensors — a drifting temperature probe will have the control making perfectly sensible decisions based on a wrong number, which is why a thermometer in the compartment is worth more than a fault code at the start of a visit.
Fault codes are a starting point, not an answer
A displayed F-code narrows the search considerably and does not close it. The code says which circuit the control is unhappy with; it does not say whether the component, the wiring to it or the board reading it is at fault. All three get separated on site, because replacing a sensor that was reporting correctly changes nothing and costs money.
Lincoln specifics
Long driveways and detached garages mean parts and tools are carried further than usual, so it is worth being precise on the phone about what the unit is doing. Houses set back in the trees also run cooler and damper around a foundation than a suburban lot does, and lower-level refrigeration here reflects that.

Cubes came out small and misshapen after a storm took our power down for most of a day. The control had lost its settings and was filling short. Reset and recalibrated, no parts, and he told me so.

Frost was forming along the partition between the two sections in a compact rear ell kitchen. The air damper had stuck part open. Replaced, and he explained why cramming the shelves made it worse.

Production had dropped to a handful of cubes a day. The inlet screen was choked with sediment after work on the street main. Cleaned out, filter changed, and we had full bins again inside a day.
