Water on the floor is a drain, almost always

Island machine in a condo kitchen was leaking into the cabinet below and we only noticed when the floor swelled. The drain pump outlet hose had split right at the barb. Replaced, the base dried and sealed, and he checked the neighbouring cabinet too.
